駄菓子とは、安価で子ども向けに作られたお菓子やスナックのこと。10円や20円といった低価格で、昔ながらの駄菓子屋さんで売られていました。

Dagashi are inexpensive candies and snacks traditionally sold to children. They are often priced as low as 10 or 20 yen and were once commonly found in old-fashioned “dagashi-ya” (dagashi shops).
